Opt-in only, every time
We message people who asked to be messaged, and nobody else. Consent is collected on a public form with an unchecked box, and the exact words shown at the moment of consent are stored with the record.
The product
Patrons text a business the way they text a person: at odd hours, mid-sentence, without context. The agent picks it up, answers from what your systems actually know, and hands the conversation to someone on your team the moment it should.
AI customer support agent
Our flagship product is an AI support agent that answers customer questions over SMS and web chat. Someone asks about hours, an order, a booking, a bill. The agent replies right away, in your business's voice, from the facts you give it. Every message it sends is a reply to a person who wrote in first. That is the entire purpose of the channel: service, not promotion.
The agent is software, so it answers the moment a message lands, at 2 p.m. or 2 a.m. It works from your hours, your prices, your policies, your booking rules. When a question needs a person, it hands the thread to your team and someone picks it up during business hours. We do not staff the line around the clock and we do not claim to.
The messages are answers: store hours, order status, appointment changes, shipping, returns, what a service costs, whether you are open on Sunday. A conversation starts when a customer writes in, and it stays on the thing they asked about. No promotions, no drip sequences, no offers dressed up as a check-in.
People opt in by submitting the form at luminaryclubllc.com/sms-signup, or by checking the consent box on our contact form. The disclosure sits directly above the button, so nobody is guessing what they agreed to. No purchased lists, no imported contacts, no numbers added by hand. Consent is never a condition of buying anything.
Reply STOP to any message and the texts stop: one confirmation, then nothing. Reply HELP and you get our name, our phone number, and a way to reach a person. You can also email info@luminaryclubllc.com or call (480) 712-9936 and we will remove the number ourselves.
Luminary Club LLC runs one messaging program of its own, and it is entirely consent-based: people opt in through the public form at https://luminaryclubllc.com/sms-signup, and we message only the numbers that arrive through it. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. Messaging programs we build for a client business are separate programs, registered to that client and sent from that client's own brand and number, so a client's customers never receive messages from Luminary Club's number.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How we run messaging
We message people who asked to be messaged, and nobody else. Consent is collected on a public form with an unchecked box, and the exact words shown at the moment of consent are stored with the record.
STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and QUIT all end the messages, whatever the capitalization or punctuation. One confirmation goes out, then nothing.
Messaging we build or run for a client business is registered to that business, sends from that business's own number, and is governed by that business's own consent records. Luminary Club LLC never routes client traffic through its own brand.
The agent identifies itself as an automated assistant, and anyone can ask for a person. A human picks up during business hours.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Full detail on the SMS program page, in our messaging terms and our Privacy Policy.
How an engagement runs
We start with the business problem, not a feature list. What breaks, who it costs, what fixing it is worth. You leave with an honest read on scope, whether or not we build it.
We map the systems you already run and the data moving between them, then write the shortest path to the outcome. You get a fixed scope, a price, and a date.
We write the software and the integrations in your accounts, on your platforms. You see working software every week instead of status reports, and what you say next goes into the next build.
We ship to production and watch it under real traffic. If your build sends text messages, that program is registered to your business, under your brand and your own number, never ours.
